Michael's Heart... Answer The Call
I have been born again since 1993 and ever since coming to Christ, my eyes have been open spiritually knowing that there is a battle going on in the unseen world. The devil is after your soul as well as mine. He knows that his days are short on this earth and he does not discriminate. He wants to take you with him to hell to spend an eternity. A Christ-less life means you are missing out in this life on what God has in store for you. (2 Cor. 4:3-4) (3)But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. (4)who minds the gods of this age has blinded, who do not believe. Lest the light of the gospel of the Glory of Christ who is the image of God should shine on them. There is an emptiness in peoples heart or a spiritual void which only God can fill. Not sex, money, alcohol which is only temporary for the moment. I have become so hell conscious since my salvation in Christ, though I confess my sins and repent daily, I continue to draw closer and closer to the Lord even in my worship time with Him. I love to worship not just in the church corporately, but in my private time. Over the years, I have developed into a worshipper. My heart is so sensitive to the Spirit of God.
When we worship, we worship in Spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24). There has to be a change in your life. God has given me a heart for the lost. The unsaved people that do not know Christ as their Lord and Savior. The word of God says, (2 Timothy 4:5) to do the work of an evangelist and bring others to Christ--know your ministry. This should be the goal for every believer in Christ. It is foolish to live your life not knowing Jesus (God) and what's on the other side and not knowing what's going to happen when you die. Not knowing what's going to happen--when you Can know Life isn't over until it's over. Are you ready to meet God whether you believe in Him or not? If you don't believe in Him, you're not ready to meet Him. If you're heart is still beating and you're still breathing, there's still time for you to come to know Him and become a born again believer and start Worshipping Him For Life. This is something we believers are going to be doing throughout eternity when we get to heaven. Why not start now in this earthly body. Don't take Life for granted. Worship Him. Eternal values are worth more than any human thing. When you become born again, you pass from death to Life. You no longer allow your flesh to dictate your life, but you now invite the Holy Spirit to come in and change your life. It is the Holy Spirit of God which gives Life. Don't live your life on the failures of the past. Once you become born again, your spirit is alive unto God, but your mind will have a lot of catching up to do. Remember you are coming out of darkness into His marvelous light. There is an emptiness in people's heart, a void which only God can fill--not wealth, sex or alcohol.
You Will Be Held Accountable
Romans 2:6 : God will render to each one according to his deeds.
Romans 2:16: God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ.
Question(?): On what basis will these unbelievers be judged?
Answer : According to their deeds (This is the Great White Throne of Judgement for all unbelievers).
Hebrews 9:27: And it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the Judgement.
Hebrews 4:13: And there is no creature hidden from His sight. But all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
Jeremiah 23:23-24: "Am I a God who is only in one place?", asks the Lord. "Do they think I cannot see what they are doing? Can anyone hide from me? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth?" asks the Lord.
2 Corinthians 5:10: For we must all appear before the Judgement seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
Death: The condition of being without Life, the act of dying. Symbolic of the final state of the unsaved.
The Books Are Open
The Bible tells us in the book of Revelation that there are at least three (3) books in Heaven.
Revelation 20:11-15: "And I saw a great white throne, and I saw the one who was sitting on it. The earth and the sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide. (12)I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God's throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to the things written in the books, according to what they had done. (13)The sea gave up the dead in it, and death and the grave gave up the dead in them. They were all judged according to their deeds. (14)And death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death--the lake of fire. (15)And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.
[Book 1] Book of Life: Contains the names of all living people from the time of creation to the present. Every living person on earth.
[Book 2] Lamb's Book of Life: Includes only the names of those who have called upon
[Rev.21:27] Jesus (The Lamb) for salvation who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29). Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners and to give them eternal life.
[Book 3] Books of Human Works: Those who haven't trusted in Jesus Christ for Salvation.
[REv. 20:12-13] It is possible to have one's name blotted out of the Book of Life. But not out of the Lamb's Book of Life.
Rev 3:5: All who are victorious will be clothed in white. "I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and His angels that they are mine."
Exodus 32:33: The Lord replied to Moses, "I will blot out whoever has sinned against me." I think it is possible to have one's name blotted out of the Book of Life because of sin, but it is impossible to have one's name removed from the Lamb's Book of Life. But for those who have not trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ for Salvation, they will be judged according to the contents of this Book. Many people believe that after they die, God will weigh up their good deeds and their bad deeds, and if the good out weighs the bad,then He will let them into heaven. This is a false teaching that's being taught by ignorant people. (Hosea 4:6) states "my people are being destroyed because they don't know me. It is all your fault you priests, for you yourselves refuse to know me." The wicked will be judged according to their works but they won't be justified by them. (Galations 2:16) Those that have ignored God's offer of Salvation will be left completely without excuse. Everything that they have ever done will be read out before them and will show them to be utterly condemned. As the Lord said in the day of Judgment, men shall give an account for every idle word they speak. (Matthew 12:36-37) The words you say now REFLECT your FATE then: either you will be justified by them or you will be condemned. A final search by the angels of God will be made to see if their names are recorded in the Book of Life and those whose names have been blotted out will be cast into the lake of fire. This is after the Great White Throne judgement for all those who didn't put their trust in Jesus to save them while living on earth. They had from the time they were born to accept accountability, until the time they got caught in their sins. Having plenty of time to accept Jesus until it was too late enjoying the pleasures of sin for the moment taking in all the world has to offer and now they are lost throughout eternity. Never being able to enjoy what Heaven has to offer to those who put their trust in Christ. What many people do not understand is that all unbelievers are spiritually dead once the confession of Romans 10:9. For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (v.10) For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God. And it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
Your spirit becomes alive unto God and then there's spiritual warfare taking place in the spirit realm (the unseen world). You are going to have to start feeding your spirit man with the word of God and find a good church that teaches the Bible. All unbelievers will go to torment (read Luke 16:18-31) when they die because they have no spiritual Life in them. Their spirit will live on forever in hell. There is no rest day or night, you will try to faint or pass out but you can't because you are already dead your mind can't fathom the depth and reality of it all. You will have all your senses, you will remember reading this on the internet and never accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You will remember that cold soda and drink to quench your thirst. You'll remember the sunny days on earth. The rain showers and birds singing and your family and loved ones, that preacher on television. You had plenty of opportunities to invite Jesus into your heart. All of this will be tormenting you throughout eternity thanks to satan for deceiving you forever in torment. At the Great White Throne, judgement (all unbelievers who died without accepting Jesus Christ as Lord Savior) a person comes forward there will be (3) parts of the trial. We all know that God is faithful and just and fair in all of His ways. He will give you a fair trial. (Trial #1) Evidence against you (The books are opened - your entire life time of actions and deeds). (Trial #2) Your defense - guilty. (Trial #3) The verdict of the Judge who is God casting you into the lake of fire. You will be judged by the Book of Law, by the Lamb's Book of Life and by the deeds done in this body (flesh) taken from the Books of Human Works. Then just before that person is cast into the lake of fire, he or she is given a double check. The recording angel will look through the Book of Life and if anyone's name was not found written in the book of Life, he is thrown into the lake of fire. This double check in the Book of Life points out a consistent scripture principle that there are only two kinds of people in this world and the world to come. Think about this! Believers or unblievers, saved or unsaved, condemned or not condemned, righteous or unrighteous, just or unjust, wise or unwise. There are those whose names are written and others whose names are not written in the the Book of Life. In that hour, there will be no hesitation, no indecision. For either a person's name is written or it is not written in the Book of Life. It must be one way or the other. One does not need to have one's name entered in the Book of Life. For if he or she is alive it is already there. God does not want anyone to perish, but that everyone come to repentance (Read 2 Peter 3:9; 1 John 1:9). But to keep your name in the Book of Life, one must also have His or Her name written in the Lambs Book of Life. The Book of Life contains the names of the living as I stated previously. It is God's Book of anticipation. That is whenever a human being is born, God writes that person's name in His Book. If he or she dies without receiving Christ (Rev. 3:5) that name is blotted out of the Book so that in eternity the only people whose names remain in the Book of Life are those who have received Christ by Faith while they lived.
The Lamb's Book of Life is quite a different matter! It includes only those who have come to the Lamb For Life. Jesus said that he came to give people "eternal life" and His believers "life everlasting". He also proclaimed that those who believe on Him will "never die". He was not, of course, referring to the flesh, but to the real inner self (the REAL you); the eternal soul. The Lamb's Book of Life contains the names of those who have, by faith, received the Lamb of God and had their names written in the Book of Life; belonging to the Lamb (Jesus). Not everyone has his/her name written in the Lamb's Book of Life. One's name is not written in at birth nor does he or she have it written by the choice of God. A person's name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life only because he/she chooses to ask the Father, God, to place it there. Jesus Christ offers us eternal life if we receive Him. If we invite Him into our hearts, He will enter our lives and the recording angel writes our names into the Lamb's Book of Life from which it can never be blotted out or erased.
I read a book online by Mary K. Baxter. She went to heaven and listen to what she saw:
The Lord showed her this big, huge room with walls of solid gold with alphabetical letters engraved here and there on these walls. The scene was like a hugh library, but the books were embedded into the wall instead of being shelved. Angels in long robes were taking books off the walls and studying them closely, and the angel said to her these books were a record of the lives of every person who has ever been born on the earth. There were more rooms with more records of lives being recorded and stored. And from time to , she says, the arch-angels brought the records before God for His approval or disapproval. The books contained prayer requests, prophecies, attitudes,growth in the Lord, souls led to Christ, the fruit of the spirit and much, much more.
That blesses me so much. Everything that we do on earth is being recorded in heaven by the angels of God. When we stand before God on judgement day we are (Judgement seat of Christ), to be rewarded on how we lived our Christian life on earth before the Father. We are going to answer for the gap that exist between where we could have been and where we are.
Increase in your faith, daily. Serve God with all your heart and strength. You will be judged by what you knew and what you chose to obey. There are grades and graduations in heaven. Has your name been written in the Lamb's Book of Life? If not, please pray this simple prayer. Come to God the Father as a little child and say:
Lord Jesus, please come into my heart. Forgive me for my sins. I repent for every known and unknown sin in my life right now. Please wash me in your blood and make me clean. And Father, write my name in the Lamb's Book of Life this day. I receive you by Faith as my Lord and Saviour. I thank you and pray this prayer in Jesus' name. Amen.
